Returns

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
• Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as hair care products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
• Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us with details, and we will assist you with the process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at tyesha_mays@icloud.com.

Shipping Options and Costs

• Standard Shipping: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times range from 5-7 business days for standard shipping.
• Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping options with delivery within 2-3 business days. Additional charges apply for express shipping.
• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50. Free shipping may not be available for orders outside the U.S.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM EST on Friday or during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
• Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within the U.S. If you are outside the U.S. and interested in our products, please contact us at

Shipping Delays

• While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.
